Chuangri’s rubber screws feature a low shear metering section, providing disorderly mixing, reducing melt temperature, and increasing output. The special thread design and flow channel configuration optimize the plastication and mixing of the melt. The water-cooled barrel focuses on heat dissipation, ensuring that the temperature does not rise too high during processing, preventing the rubber from overheating and degrading.

The maximum barrel processing length can reach up to 12,000mm without the need for splicing.
