One of the most notable features of Chuangri’s profile extrusion screws is the improved screw design, which increases the effective screw length. This design enables the production of more uniform melt, provides a broader processing window, and reduces production scrap rates. To avoid stagnation at the contact points between the thread and the root, the corners are rounded, promoting better mixing and stable flow.

How to customize

Submit your machine information and connection dimensions, along with a brief description of your needs.

Prepare a set of calipers and a tape measure, and simply provide us with your extruder/injection molding machine nameplate and connection dimension table.
Our team will communicate with you to understand your screw and barrel size information, the products being produced, the materials used, and your specific requirements (e.g., higher output or longer lifespan).
