  • Plastic pipe
    Chuangri's pipe extrusion screws have been continuously improved, and we have developed a barrier zone design that is more suitable for PPR and HDPE pipes. This design helps lower melt temperatures, resulting in more uniform mixing and improved plasticizing rates. Additionally, we use three-side alloy technology for the screws and bimetallic barrels to provide the best wear solutions, extending the service life by over 30%.

    Chuangri's recycling and pelletizing screws provide green solutions for customers. High-quality nickel-based alloy and tungsten carbide alloy layers make the screws and barrels more reliable, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, significantly extending their service life.   • Board
    The conical twin-screw barrel is specially designed for the production of WPC boards, doors, foam boards, SPC flooring, and all PVC products. The advanced bimetallic and SKD inner lining technology can handle both virgin and recycled materials, with the raw material capable of incorporating 5%–300% calcium carbonate. In environments with any calcium carbonate ratio, we have extended the screw lifespan by over 30%.

  • Rubber
    Chuangri's rubber screws feature a low shear metering section, providing disorderly mixing, reducing melt temperature, and increasing output. The special thread design and flow channel configuration optimize the plastication and mixing of the melt. The water-cooled barrel focuses on heat dissipation, ensuring that the temperature does not rise too high during processing, preventing the rubber from overheating and degrading.

  • Profile extrusion
    One of the most notable features of Chuangri's profile extrusion screws is the improved screw design, which increases the effective screw length. This design enables the production of more uniform melt, provides a broader processing window, and reduces production scrap rates. To avoid stagnation at the contact points between the thread and the root, the corners are rounded, promoting better mixing and stable flow.
