Bimetallic Twin-Screw

Advantages：The twin-screw alloy coating is a thermal spray coating applied to the screw surface, making it highly suitable for processing PVC materials with a high calcium powder content. It can be applied along the entire length of the screw or only to specific areas of the screw that are more prone to wear. The tungsten carbide-nickel alloy powder coating thickness is 0.4 mm (0.020 inches), with a hardness of 1350-2100 HV. It is capable of processing materials with up to 380% calcium powder content.
